About Me
- Name: sal the spider
- Location: Cheshire, United Kingdom
I am 41 years old. Mother of three fab boys and married to a gorgeous man. I am an environmental evangelist who would be happy in a shack in a field with a compost toilet and a reed bed, for now we live at the edge of a village out in the sticks. The kids say I'm too much like the Mum in 'Meet the Fockers' and wish I'd stop trying to get them to talk about sex and drugs. They are happy to talk about Rock'n'Roll though.

Oh! I'm soooo jealous! We had the lightest dusting and its gone now. :-( Not fair!
We've got snow too! I'm just about to venture outside in it to buy some baking ingredients to bake a batch of scones. Yum!
Thanks for the sock yarn comment. I've heard lots of good stuff about Lorna's laces so I'm going to order some now.

I make sexy ole' Nigella's scones. There is soooo much cream of Tartar in them they have a strange effect later in the day hee hee!!!!!
My mum's got pretty good snow, too! She even ventured out to Winghams in it for me... necessary supplies, of course...
You would send your Mum out in "pretty good" snow for wool??? Now that's obsession errrrm I mean passion!!! :-))))

Hi Sal. After reading your "About Me", I just had to leave a message to tell you that when my daughter's boyfriend visited last year, he told her that her family reminded him of The Fockers!
